Gabe Morency and Corey Parson open the show with Corey happy that the Cowboys beat the Eagles, keeping Michelle Serpico at home, but also acknowledges that his team is not in the upper tier of playoff teams. Gabe and Corey talk about the severity of the California wildfires, and cite the fact that even though certain towns are literally being destroyed, the news of the fires is somewhat muted on the East Coast. The guys can't stand the actions of Lions coach Matt Patricia, who seems more interested in how people sit at his press conferences then trying to get his team out of the NFC North cellar. The Lions are looking up at the Bears, who Gabe and Corey say are a good football team, but also know they need to win the division to have any hopes of making out of the Wild Card round; Corey says the division still belongs to the Vikings. Gabe and Corey once again argue if Jared Goff is a good quarterback or just as Corey says, a glorified bus driver, with Gabe saying if anything, he is a Formula 1 racer.
