PM Modi's 59-minute loan

Our PM announced a 59-minute loan scheme for the Medium and Small Enterprises. He says you need to just log onto the website and in the next 59 minutes you would get your loan. The issue is today we are facing an NPA crisis of 10 lakh crores and counting. The question is with such kind of consumerism of loans, where are we headed to?
