An open day gets underway later, giving us a glimpse into the new state of the art visitor centre at Betteshanger Sustainable Parks

It marks 5 months until the £10 million facility officially opens in March next year.

Visitors will get a tour of the building and can ask questions about the Kent Mining Museum, which is included.
