It's been revealed nearly 2-thousand lorries have been clamped in parts of Ashford in the past year.

Stats seen by km-fm show hundreds clamped for illegally parking on the A20 between Charing and the Drovers roundabout over-night.

It's part of an 18-month trial by the borough council, which could be extended.
