The Reset Rebel meets Louka Leppard - Tulayoga
On this weeks show Jo Youle meets up with the creator of TulaYoga, Louka Leppard in London for a chat about how he has reset his path in life.
The pair met in North Goa at a yoga retreat and have since crossed paths on the white isle.
Louka now lives in Mallorca where he gives private retreats at his home offering freedom and release to people through the art of conscious touch. "Every Body is a new body and you have to find the key," he says of his treatments.
Since creating Tulayoga Loukas life has changed greatly and he now travels the world offering his sessions, mainly between London and Geneva.
