Belfast City Cllr has accused NI Housing Executive of having "lost control" of homelessness

Now the weather has turned bitterly cold over the past couple of days and that might turn our attention to our homeless. A Belfast city councillor has accused Northern Ireland Housing Executive of having "lost control" of homelessness. SDLP's Paul McCusker has called on NIHE to " get in touch with reality" in order to deal with the current homelessness crisis. The Housing Executive have just released their Homelessness Strategy Annual progress report 2017/18. Stephen spoke to Paul McCusker and Brian O'Kane from Housing Solutions Manager for Belfast for the NIHE.
