Dane Martinez and Scott Engel open the show questioning not only if Dirk Koetter will be fired, but if Ryan Fitzpatrick will go back to starting duties in Tampa Bay. The trade deadline is looming, and the guys wonder if DeSean Jackson will still demand out of Tampa Bay if Fitzpatrick goes under center again. In the NFC East, the Redskins seem to be on the right track to win the division, with Adrian Peterson taking advantage of the Giants defensive line sans Snacks Harrison. Now that we are 8 weeks in to the NFL season, the guys question if the Chiefs and Pat Mahomes are for real, and if they can take down teams like the Rams, who they will see in a couple of weeks. With six teams on bye in week 9, Dane and Scott argue if Peyton Barber will finally be relevant, and possibly a top 25 running back.
