Fashion designer Richard Gairy was alongside Mick Coyle ahead of Liverpool Fashion Week to talk about his battle with mental health.
Richard was struggling with the pressure of caring for his dad and discovering he had kidney failure which resulted in his depression.
He told Mick how he has managed to start speaking about his mental health after 20 years of bottling it up.
Plus, our national "Where's Your Head At" campaign headed to Downing Street this week and we heard from local MP Luciana Berger, Countdown's Rachel Riley and mental health advocate Natasha Devon.
