Honda of Westport Couples Court- with Judge Marilyn Milian of the Peoples Court- He hit their neighbors car and doesn't want to pay!

He backed into the cross street neighbor's car when it was illegally sitting parallel on his driveway line. They agreed it was no big deal and they’d work it out privately. Two months later the neighbor drops a $2000 estimate in his mailbox and the wife is freaked, hubby say nope I’m not paying a dime. She says he hit the car, just pay it. When he calls the neighbor, the neighbor insists that he did the damage, pay the bill.
