Honda of Westport Couples Court- With Judge Marilyn Milian of the Peoples Court- Should they cut down their neighbors trees?

He has hired a tree company to cut down a tree that's on their property line that he says poses a threat to their home. The problem? The neighbor (that shares the tree) says no way, they like the tree. (He calls them tree hugging hippies). He wants to just take it down anyway without their permission.
