Africa Engineering Week Kicks off with Major conference in Mombasa
Engineers from African countries gather in Mombasa today for a major conference to showcase the achievements of the engineering profession and to highlight the value of the engineering career.
The conference in Mombasa marks the start of the Africa Engineering week, held annually by the World Federation of Engineering Organisations and United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organisation - UNESCO.
The theme of the conference is “Harvesting Blue/Ocean Economy for Accelerated Economic Growth: The Role of The Engineer”.
