Proffesor James Ukuk says Revitalized Peace deal needs proper Implementation Strategy

A professor of political science at the University of Juba says parties to the peace agreement must move quickly during this pre-transitional period, to allow for a smooth transitional process. 

Professor James Ukuk says the next eight-months should be used effectively to put in place the structures that would usher in the 30-month transition ahead of elections.
