Sep 13, 2018, 03:21 PM

Nancy Sumner is an accomplished artist, who just two years ago, lost her sight overnight.

However, she didn’t let that stop her from creative expression and continued to pursue her love of art.

Now, Nancy’s photographic skills are being recognised as she’s in the running to be part of Royal Photographic Society’s Hundred Heroines Exhibition.

Speaking with RNIB Connect Radio’s Simon Pauley, Nancy shares how she overcame the shock of sudden sight loss and how she adapted to her new circumstances.
