The Vuelta a España got underway with an eight-kilometre time trial in the Andalucian city of Malaga and Lionel Birnie met up with Daniel Friebe and Spanish cycling journalist Fran Reyes to capture a flavour of the opening stage of the final grand tour of the summer.
