Chronic Pain and Chronic Illness is an elevated Fight-or-Flight response; it is your Sympathetic Nervous System on overdrive. In this episode I discuss some of the physiology involved in this along with some simple things you can do to amp up the Rest-and-Digest side - which is the Parasympathetic Nervous System.
