The Ireland Women's hockey team are through to the semi final of the hockey world cup! It has been16 years since their last World Cup appearance. Last night they beat India 3-1 in a shoot out and will play Spain in the semi final on Saturday in London. Stephen spoke to Arlene Boyles - Ireland Assistant coach and former Pegasus and Ireland international player with 123 caps - and Damian Mullan sports editor at the Coleraine Chronicle.
