Sarah Franklin lectures in publishing and is the founder and host of 'Short Stories Aloud', as well as being a judge for the Costa Short Story Award. Her debut novel 'Shelter' is about finding solace in the most troubled of times. It tells the little-known history of the Women's Timber Corps or 'lumberjills', who played an essential role in aiding Britain's war efforts in WW2, and their relationships with Prisoner of War camps in the Forest of Dean.
Joanna Bolouri began writing professionally at the age of 30. Winning a BBC comedy script competition allowed her to work and write with stand-up comedians, comedy scriptwriters, and actors from across the UK. Her previous novels include 'The List', and 'The Most Wonderful Time of the Year'. In her latest 'Relight my Fire', Phoebe will do anything to save her relationship, and creates a sexy wish-list jar!
