That hosepipe ban - would you shop your neighbour if they were using a hose?

A hosepipe ban took effect in Northern Ireland on Friday - the first such move in over 20 years. With the recent spell of warm weather, suppliers say we're using around a 1/3 more water than normal. NI Water has appealed for people not to use water for washing cars, filling pools, or sprinkling gardens, as supply failures have already hit some areas. So - how long will it last? How can such a ban be enforced? And would you shop your neighbour if they were using a hose? Vinny spoke to NI Water Chief Exec Sra Venning and Green Party Cllr Rachel Woods.
