LGBTQ Texans: Rawlins and Forrest

The Dallas Morning News held conversations to mark both Pride Month and the 15th anniversary of the Lawrence v. Texas ruling, a U.S. Supreme Court decision that overturned Texas’ ban on so-called homosexual conduct.
Rawlins Gilliland is 73 years old and identifies as gay. Forrest Milburn is 22 years old and also identifies as gay.
