In this second episode, your Community Foundation of Tampa Bay hosts Wilma Norton and Matt Spence welcome Michael Jalazo, Executive Director of the Pinellas Ex-Offender Re-Entry Coalition. Jalazo's initiative offers a construction training program for ex-offenders and hard-to-serve populations. The Tiny Homes project constructs tiny homes as a social enterprise to fund the Coalition's other programs.
