UN sanctions committee says sanctions are an opportunity for improvements
The Chairperson of Sanction Committee for South Sudan at the United Nations Security Council says the UN is committed to accompanying the country’s people and its leaders towards reform, adding that targeted sanctions should be seen as a means of improvement.
