Cessation of Hostilities Agreement Violated 20 Times, says CTSAMM
The Ceasefire and Transitional Security Arrangements Monitoring Mechanism – CTSAMM, has recorded twenty violations of the Cessation of Hostilities Agreement that was signed in December last year.
CTSAAM Communications Officer Ruth Feeney says the violations have been submitted to both the Joint Monitoring and Evaluation Commission and the IGAD Council of Ministers.
Feeney was hosted by Sani Martin on the Democracy in Action Program to explain the role, mandate and findings of CTSAMM in South Sudan.
