Natasha Scripture

Natasha Scripture is an author, poet, activist and former aid worker. She has been published in the New York Times, The Telegraph, Glamour UK, Huffington Post and more.

She recently published 'Man Fast' - her journey of dating detox, meditating in an Ayurvedic ashram in southern India, toiling on a vineyard on Mount Etna and going on a solo-safari in southern Tanzania.

The 'Influential Women Podcast' discusses Natasha's life, work, passions, motivations and influences and is co-produced by presenter Nicki Bannerman and audio producer Juliette Nicholls.
