Blind Photographer Captures The World In Stunning Images
We all heard the saying: “a picture is worth a thousand words”.
Which might be why, we so easily chose to document our day-to-day lives with quick snappy photos.
But is it just as easy or as quick when you’re blind or partially sighted?
Chatting to RNIB Connect Radio, blind photographer Brian Negus reveals why ones’ visual impairment shouldn’t stand in the way of taking beautiful photos.
A few years ago, Brian started a Flickr group in a bid to create a creative space for VI photographers to share their work and learn more about the craft.
With years of experience behind his belt, Brian shared with us some beginner tips on how to get started in photography.
Brian spoke to RNIB Connect Radio’s Simon Pauley and told use more about his eye condition, his passion for photography and how he found ways around his visual impairment to continue doing what he loves.
