Nolan exclusive - they've got the penalty points but they've still got their licence - just why are nearly 100 guilty drivers allowed to stay on the road?
The Nolan Show can reveal that there are currently 93 drivers in Northern Ireland that still hold a valid driving licence despite having more than 12 penalty points on their licence. Those drivers have amassed between 12 and 16 points each. So that is 93 people that have been deemed to have been driving and breaking the rules of the road, they've got the points but they've still got their licence. How can that be?
