Yesterday we brought you the story that 61 staff from the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust are in Amsterdam this week. Today we're bringing you the cost - £85,000 according to the Belfast Trust. Also this morning we can reveal that in total there are 104 staff from Trusts across NI at the events in the city famous for canals, bikes and lost weekends. And the cost is mounting - so far it's over £117,500 - and rising. They're all off to The International Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare. We've been looking at the brochure for the event which has for 23 years been "supporting and energising the movement for health and healthcare improvement by presenting the best of new thinking and work from around the world." Now we are not suggesting for a moment they are swinging the lead - we do know that people attending such conferences work hard and networking is an important aspect to such events so let's have a flick through the brochure to see what's on tonight, it promises..."an evening of networking, further learning and entertainment. Relax and connect with colleagues while exploring unique venues in Amsterdam." Vinny gets the views of GP Dr George O'Neill and the NI Conservative Frank Shivers.
