Campaign compels citizens to guard against fake news and false information

Citizens in the country are being urged safeguard themselves against fake news and incorrect information, to diffuse hatred and tension linked to hatespeech.

The call by defyhatenow campaign group comes amid growing concerns about the dangers of misinformation, fake news and hate speech. 

Marina Modi, and Parach Mach both members from Defyhatenow campaign group appeared on Miraya Breakfast Show hosted by Sebit William to discuss why citizens must be alert and guard against falling prey to false information.
