That Good Friday booze ban - did you know it doesn't apply at Stormont?

Much has been said about Good Friday booze legislation in Northern Ireland. Current restrictions mean that alcohol can only be sold from 5pm - 11pm on Good Friday. But guess what... it seems that doesn't apply at Stormont.
