Impeachment of motion. What is it actually?

A few opposition parties are moving towards introducing an impeachment motion in the Rajya Sabha against Chief Justice of India. A congress source insisted that the party had not circulated the draft. The push for moving the impeachment initially came from CPI(m) general secretary Sitram Yechury.
