Should plumbers be trained to spot child abuse while on a job? #BBCNolan

Plumbers, tradesmen and builders across Northern Ireland are being urged to sign up to new NSPCC training  to help them spot children at risk of abuse and neglect - when they're working in peoples homes.  

Child abuse is horrendous. We all agree on that. So should we do anything and everything we can to tackle it - like this NSPCC training?

Or given the super sensitive issue - is this taking responsibility away from those who are truly trained and engaged to know what they're doing?
