Dr. Michael Teiger, a West Hartford pulmonologist and pilot, says where the buckle of the seat belt was located, may have contributed to the death of five people aboard a helicopter that crashed into New York City's East River last week. The pilot, from Connecticut, was the only person to survive the crash.
In this interview with Brad Davis and Dan Lovallo, Dr. Teiger talked about the crash and about piloting aircraft in general.
