Connecticut state Sen. Kevin Kelly says more tax hikes are not the answer to solving the state's budget crisis. In an interview with Brad Davis and Dan Lovallo, the senator from the 21st District discussed proposed "revenue adjustments" by the Malloy administration to balance the state budget.
