Connecticut Senate Republican President Len Fasano says he will meet with Associate Justice Andrew McDonald, before the state legislature votes on his nomination to become the next Chief Justice of the State Supreme Court. McDonald's nomination is in jeopardy, now that Sen. Gayle Slossberg, a Democrat, said she would recuse herself from the vote.
Sen. Fasano explained his perspective on this developing story, during an interview with Brad Davis and Dan Lovallo.
