The Nolan Show can exclusively reveal this morning that the new critical care building at the Royal Victoria Hospital will not open for at least another seven months. The state-of-the art 150 million pounds building remains mainly closed to the public six years after it was to open. But new problems including issues around drainage and ventilation means ten out of the 12 floors remain closed. The critical care building was due to open in 2012 but is still without patients and staff in its theatres, rooms and corridors. We have been given new pictures of inside the building. Stephen got reaction from Ray Rafferty, the Unison rep at the Royal Victoria Hospital.
