Sir Jeffrey Donaldson claims he didn't know of a side deal between Sinn Fein and British government. His party the DUP is propping up the British government, and yet the DUP's justice spokesman says he was unaware of a key side deal on legacy. That was after Sinn Fein's Gerry Kelly told Mark Carruthers on the View that 150 million pounds legacy inquest funding had been agreed between Sinn Fein and British government.
