Ian Paisley's widow, Baroness Paisley, has accused political leaders here of "hiding from the truth". There have been no institutions in Northern Ireland for 13 months. Eileen Paisley says the collapse of Stormont would not have happened if her husband, the former first minister, and the late Martin McGuinness were in power. Professor Jon Tonge reacts.
