John Cramond grew up with a love of cars and a bedroom covered in posters of the latest models and dream drives.

 Now at the age of 88, John grabbed the car by the steering wheel and took to a runway to fulfil a lifelong dream.

 Bitten by the bug he travelled hundreds of miles for another opportunity for a longer drive, and he'd recommend it to anyone who is blind.

 RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to John to hear about the driving experience and find out what's next for the senior adrenalin seeker.
