Brad & Dan- Feb. 12, 2018: Berthel critical of Malloy address

Connecticut state Sen. Eric Berthel, R-32, was critical of Gov. Dannel P. Malloy's budget address. In an interview with Brad Davis and Dan Lovallo, the senator stated that the governor talked about everything in his address, except what he was supposed to talk about; the state budget.
Sen. Berthel was also critical of several proposals made by the governor, including raising the minimum wage. However, there were some issues on which he agreed.
