CT On The Hill- Feb. 6, 2018: Suzio calls for reform to Malloy prison program

Connecticut state Sen. Len Suzio, R-13, is calling for major reform to Gov. Dannel P. Malloy's "Risk Reduction Earned Credit" program.  Labeled a success by the governor, Sen. Suzio is calling the program a failure with a recidivism rate in some case of 95.69%.

In an interview with Dan Lovallo, Sen. Suzio talked about statistics from the Department of Corrections and explained the reforms that should be made to the program.
