Stewart defends release of Russia probe memo

Utah Congressman Chris Stewart was grilled on CNN about why Republicans and President would want to declassify a memo alleging FBI abused surveillance powers into the Russia investigation.  But Stewart stood firm, saying Americans needed to know.  Democrats don't agree.
