The Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development is teaming with the Black Business Alliance to hold a workshop on Feb. 7 to instruct minority-owned businesses on how to gain access to capital.
In this interview, State Sen. Doug McCrory and Frank Dixon, president of the Black Business Alliance, talk about the event and the help minority-owned businesses can use.
The workshop, by the way, is going to be held at the Hartford City Hall Function Room on 550 Main St. in Hartford from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
