Cotterill: Blues now "reactive" not proactive in transfer window - but he's staying positive

#Birmingham City manager Steve Cotterill told BBC WM earlier in January that he wanted to be "proactive not reactive" in trying to bring in new players this month.  He told Richard Wilford today that although that isn't how it's turned out, he's doing his best to look on the bright side, and while he's waiting, get the most out of the players he's already got. #bcfc #Blues
