Attorneys for Nevada death row inmate Scott Dozier, whose execution is currently on hold, now say that using a never-before-tried lethal injection protocol could be less humane than putting down a pet. Scott Raymond Dozier's lawyers told the State Supreme Court, that a medical expert's opinion is that the three-drug combination using a sedative, fentanyl and a muscle paralytic poses a probability of a botched execution.
