Utah to keep parks open even if government shuts down

A 2013 government shutdown cost Utah $30 million in lost tourism revenue. The state plans to support the tourism industry in case of a government shutdown in 2018. KSL Newsradio's Jeff Caplan spoke with his executive producer Dave Cawley about how that would work.
