Fighting Battens Disease - Lucy and Mike Carroll

Two of Mike and Lucy Carroll's children have the fatal Battens Disease.  NICE is currently deciding whether a drug - which is being trialed at Great Ormond Street Hospital, and which is showing promising signs of slowing down the disease - should be made available on the NHS.
