Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection Commissioner Michelle H. Seagull says new RFA for dispensary facilities is being issued now.
In an interview with Dan Lovallo and Brad Davis, the commissioner talked about the latest involving the medical marijuana program, including the announcement by U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions about rolling back Obama era guidelines that permitted states to run legal marijuana programs.
