Joe Sculley, president of the Motor Transport Association of Connecticut says the group he represents, including many truckers, opposes adding tolls in Connecticut.  There is a growing sentiment that an electronic tolling bill will come up for a vote in the upcoming state legislative session, that begins Feb. 7.

In an interview with Brad Davis and Dan Lovallo, Sculley said supporters of tolls are not telling the public the true story about the impact tolls would have on Connecticut, such as congestion tolling.

Sculley also alleged the state is robbing from the transportation fund to subsidize CT Fastrak, the dedicated bus line between New Britain and Hartford.
