The University of Maryland Eastern Shore struggled from the field at the Smith-Hammond-Middleton Memorial Center shooting 29 percent from the field, 14 percent from 3 and committing 20 turnovers in a 54-51 loss to South Carolina State (6-10, 1-3 MEAC).
