Expect more brutal cold, after heavy rains.  So says award-winning meteorologist Art Horn.  In a wide-ranging weather interview with Dan Lovallo and Brad Davis, Horn talked about the short-range forecast, explained how LaNinia is impacting our weather and how it even might effect hurricane season later in the year.
