Danbury Mayor Mark Boughton has announced he will run for governor of Connecticut. After tossing his hat into the ring for the GOP nomination, Boughton proposed phasing out the state income tax over a 10-year period.
In this interview with Dan Lovallo and Brad Davis, Boughton talked about why he is running and how he is the candidate who can turn the state of Connecticut around.
